Dr. Jean Lafontant is a board-certified Preventive Medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and older adults. He earned his medical degree in Internal Medicine from the State University of Haiti and completed advanced training in Preventive Medicine at Loma Linda University in California.

Throughout his career, Dr. Lafontant has provided essential geriatric healthcare in urgent care centers, community health clinics, and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), focusing heavily on enhancing the health and quality of life for geriatric patients.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Lafontant is committed to delivering evidence-based, preventive, and personalized healthcare. He believes in treating the whole person and fostering lasting relationships with patients through compassion, respect, and clinical excellence.

Marilyn Lapaix, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix.

With robust clinical experience in primary care, geriatrics, cardiac telemetry, oncology, home health, correctional health, and the care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Marilyn is well-equipped to provide internal medicine services to her patients. She delivers comprehensive care to older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), emphasizing the preservation of independence, enhancement of quality of life, and the coordination of complex medical needs.

Marilyn believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, seamlessly integrating preventive medicine, healthy lifestyle choices, and evidence-based practices to support her patients in achieving their best health, making her an essential partner for those seeking a trusted primary care physician.
